DELPHI - Product Engineering General Supervisor (1988 -1997)
  • Product Engineering Manager: Supervise 5 product Engineers, Issue Engineering changes (ECO’s), attend DFMEA and PFMEAS at corporate, Attend SOP’s (Start of Production) at the Vehicle Assembly plants, resolve Engineering issues, etc.
  • New Programs Manager: Successfully launched numerous new programs, Manufacturing Liaison between corporate and manufacturing, resolve all manufacturing and Engineering issues before the program is launched.
  • Traveled overseas to establish production facility.
MAGNA SEATING SYSTEMS – Field Engineer (1997 - 2000)
  • On Site Product Engineering at FORD Motor Company (Mexico City).
  • Responsible to successfully launch interior systems (seats).
  • Manage start up of new and existing seat programs.
  • Report and resolve issues up in corporate (Livonia Michigan).
  • Build many professional relationships with competitor, customer and supplier, emphasizing efficient communication.
